  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The return request is made within the return window specified below.
  • The product is not excluded under our non-returnable items list.

2. Return Window

We accept return requests within:

  • 14 days from the date of delivery for most products.
  • 7 days from the date of delivery for fitness equipment, accessories, and electronics.

If the specified return window has passed, we may not be able to process your request unless the product is defective or damaged.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Undergarments, socks, and innerwear
  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics)
  • Water bottles, food storage containers, and supplements
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Conditions for Refund Approval

A refund will be approved if:

If the item is returned in used, damaged, or altered condition (unless due to our fault), a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


6. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Get Return Authorization – We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item – Ensure it is securely packed with all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  4. Ship the Item – Use the return shipping label provided (if applicable) or send via a reliable courier service.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, size issues, or customer error, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Inspection Period – 3-5 business days
  • Refund Processing – 5-7 business days after inspection approval

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


9. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for eligible items if:

  • The requested size/color is in stock.
  • The exchange request is made within the return window.

If the requested product is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.


10. Store Credit Option

You may choose to receive your refund in the form of store credit for future purchases. Store credit:

  • Will be issued immediately after your return is approved.
  • Has no expiration date.
  • Can be used for any product on BuyFit.xyz.

11. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return after delivery.

12. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside our domestic shipping area:

  • International return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Customs duties and import taxes paid are non-refundable.

13. Fraud Prevention
